Watercolor & Tea Time: A Creative Gathering for Mother’s Day
Join artist and gallery owner Brie Milam for a delightful morning of watercolor painting and tea, just in time to slow down and soak up the love before Mother’s Day. Whether you’re celebrating yourself, your mom, or simply craving a moment of creative indulgence, this experience is designed to nourish your soul.
In this class, you’ll sample a curated selection of teas and tasty treats, all while learning basic watercolor techniques. And here’s the fun twist: You will be provided a separate tea set where the teacup becomes your water vessel, and the saucer transforms into your paint palette! Expect an atmosphere as inviting as your favorite café but with a little extra creativity.
No experience needed. All supplies (and snacks!) provided. Bring a friend, bring your mom, or just bring yourself and leave with a hand-painted piece that feels like spring.
Seats are limited, so secure your spot for this special pre-Mother’s Day treat.
Good to Know:
Watercolor can stain clothing, so don’t wear your favorite white linen.
All materials, teas, and light snacks are included with your ticket.
Beginner friendly! No prior art experience is necessary.
Feel free to arrive a few minutes early to get settled.

Spring Cleaning Art Sale
The neighborhood artists are cleaning out their studios and offering major discounts on their original works! There will be something for everyone — framed pieces, canvas artwork, loose paper works, ceramics, jewelry, tote bags and more. Come help us make room for new work, and find the perfect new piece for your home.
We will be brewing Noble Coyote coffee, so you can sip while you browse.

Full Moon Sound Bath
Join us for a transformative full moon sound bath meditation. Harness the energy of the full moon to set powerful intentions for closing out the year and release what no longer serves you. Stay after for tea and tarot reading.

East Dallas Art Walk
Ivy Gallery is pleased to participate in the East Dallas Art Walk, a free neighborhood-wide art walk showcasing paintings, ceramics, photography, sculpture, and more across galleries, artist studios, and community spaces.
Presented by the East Dallas Arts District, with support from local creatives, businesses, and organizations.
INTERWOVEN
Ivy Gallery welcomes you to our forthcoming group exhibition, INTERWOVEN, featuring work by Nosheen Iqbal and Rebekah Lanier. The show showcases a fall color palette and explores the ways in which these artists interweave patterns, textures, and themes in their unique works. Also featured are smaller "Interwoven-themed" pieces by various artists and makers.
